Booth Rental Forms
All vendors must provide a completed ABQIF booth application form, floor plan for your tent space, proof of City of Albuquerque business registration, and proof of insurance when registering for a booth. In addition to the above forms, food vendors must obtain a temporary event permit from the City of Albuquerque Environmental Health Department and provide a copy. Information about obtaining this permit is on the City’s web site: www.cabq.gov/envhealth/specialevents.html
Food trucks with a current Environmental Health permit do not need an additional permit for the event.
