Albuquerque Foodies Rejoice! Curbside Cuisine – International District is Coming!
Ah, food carts. These economical vehicular food purveyors are stepping outside of the box with many unique and delicious creations at street food prices. This food phenomenon has been wildly successful in cities like Portland, Austin, Los Angles and New York City and inspired the Food Network to create a show based on them. Now they’re here in Albuquerque!
Join us on March 16, 2011 for the opening of the first ABQ Food Cart Pod – a gathering of food carts. For the opening we will have BBQ, dessert, pizza, sandwiches and much more. Many more are planning to link up with us in the near future.
